The main function of the load cell

The load cell plays an important role in the operation of modern hot strip mill. In the thickness automatic control system, it is an important parameter variable. According to the detected value, the signal is input into the thickness automatic control system to adjust the reduction and control the thickness of strip steel. It is also a safety indication signal of the rolling mill. When the indicated rolling force is greater than the specified load, the operator can take measures to prevent equipment accidents.
